WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
We know buying for a growing Bean can be a challenge, which is why we make it easy - enjoy one free return or exchange per original order! The Playground will happily refund you the original purchase price paid, including tax to your original form of payment within 45 days of your original order date. All items that are returned to the Playground for a return/exchange must be unworn with original garment and hangtags attached.
All returns or exchanges must have a Playground issued Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) before the item is sent back. Proof of payment is required with each item being returned or exchanged. Outgoing shipping charges are non-refundable. As part of our free return/exchange policy, we include a free return shipping label with every order that we ship.
Our exchange policy allows for one free exchange on an original purchase, within 45 days, for the same style in an alternate size or colour way. Please note: our free exchange policy limits customers to one free exchange per original order number. Additional exchange or return requests will be subject to shipping charges.
There are no additional returns or exchanges on discontinued items, sale items or items that have been purchased off an Independent Play Stylist's sample rack.
May I return something purchased with a gift certificate or play money?
Absolutely. The Playground will provide your refund in the form of payment used (ie. gift certificate or play money). Play Money will expire 30 days from activation. Gift certificates have no expiration date.
How do I return a Peekaboo Beans gift that I received?
Please contact Play Patrol at 1-855-692-3267 and we will be happy to help you. Please have original order number or the name of the 'gift giver' when contacting Play Patrol. As long as the item(s) are returned with 45 days of the original order date, we are happy to do an exchange or issue a gift certificate.
If the original order number for the gift cannot be located, a gift certificate will be provided. The value of the gift certificate will be for the current value of the item.
How do I initiate a Return or Exchange?
Please contact your Independent Play Stylist. If you are not able to contact your Independent Play Stylist or do not have an Independent Play Stylist, please contact Play Patrol at 1-855-692-3267 to initiate your return or exchange.
How do I package my return?
Apply the shipping label received in your original package to the outside of a box or polybag. Your Independent Play Stylist can provide you with a free UPS polybag. Items must be returned accompanied by a Peekaboo Beans RMA approval email and proof of purchase. Peekaboo Beans is not responsible for lost shipments.
Where do I find my return shipping label?
A return label was included in your original package along with your receipt.
How soon will I receive my refund?
As soon as we receive your returned item at the Playground, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Once we process your return, you will see your refund payment within 8-10 business days depending on your issuing bank and/or billing cycle.
If I have received an incorrect item, what should I do?
We do check each order that leaves our warehouse; occasionally the incorrect item makes it into the incorrect package. If you received an incorrect item, please contact your Independent Play Stylist immediately!
I received my order, but an item is missing. What should I do?

OUR GIGGLE GUARANTEE
We do our best to ensure our garments are the cream of the crop so you are giggling
with glee upon receiving each order. In the event a defective bean
slipped into your shipment, we'll replace it for free!
While we are passionate about the importance of unstructured play, especially when wearing our beans, they do need to be handled and worn with care.
Our Giggle Guarantee does not cover items damaged due to normal wear and tear (this includes garment tags being ripped out causing damage, or items that have been purchased off an Independent Play Stylist's sample rack). Defective beans may include but are not limited to: defective zippers, stitching or fabric flaws. If you are unsure if you have a defective bean, please give us a call at 1-855-MyBeans or send us an email to email@example.com.
It is at the Playgrounds discretion to determine if a requested replacement item falls within the Giggle Guarantee or if the damage is due to normal wear and tear.
Defective Bean requests must be made within 60 days of the original order date and will be replaced at no additional cost. If the exact replacement is not available, a similar item will be selected.
To replace a Defective Bean, please contact your Peekaboo Beans Independent Play Stylist. If you are not able to contact your Independent Play Stylist or do not have an Independent Play Stylist, please contact Play Patrol. Play Patrol must approve a defective bean prior to it being shipped back to the Playground.
Packages arriving without an RMA# will be returned at the customers expense.
